My Review

There is nothing wrong with some "ice play". Just ask Tash. Yet, if you asked any of the guys that she dated, they would say the opposite. Who knew that the name Joe could be sexy. Joe aims to please. Tash has a moment that she will not forget. 


"You can't handle the heat. I'll love burnin' up for you."


The combo of hot and cold is steamy. It can be fun to play with ice. This novella is just that a fun read. 





Jay and her beloved conure, Milkshake, have just settled into a new apartment. Before they can kick back and enjoy a fun day by the pool, Milkshake mysteriously vanishes.

Then a tropical storm takes over savagely, and Milkshake reappears—but this time, she isn’t the sweet little bird Jay remembers.

Something has changed her.

And Jay is about to find out just how HUNGRY her bird has become.



My Review

If you love horror, then, this book is right up your alley. It is what nightmares are made of. 


We have all had the terrifying image of what would happen if our arm got stuck in the blender. It is not a pleasant image. Well be careful what you purchase at a used store. One man's trash is not always another's treasure. Jay finds this out the hard way. Milkshake, her bird might have a cute name but when the lights go out...

My Review


By now we are all familiar with food play in our romance books. So, it is not that shocking to read a watermelon story. What is shocking is that the melon is alive. She is hungry. She must be satisfied. 


I really enjoyed this book. It is dark. A great morsel of a read. I will be looking for more books by this author.
