Book Review: Smoke

Like a wildflower growing through the cracks in the pavement… A preacher’s daughter should know better than to play with sin. But Cherry Bradley is no saint. Everyone has secrets, but burying the past is like trying to trap lightning in a bottle—it will always find a way to get out. And when Cherry’s skeletons reemerge, they come in the form of three wicked deviants, the ones she made a pact with on the darkest night of her life. Hawk, Scarrow, and Omen specialize in cleaning up messes, but they aren’t going to let their little live wire forget the debt she owes them. They’ve come back to collect their pound of flesh. With interest. And they aren’t going anywhere until her hands are as dirty as theirs. But that’s the thing about live wires, they set fire to everything they touch. Some sins can’t be forgiven. My Review Do you love psycho MMCs? How about a bratty FMC? Tons of spice? If you answered yes to all three questions, then, you NEED to read this book! I love everything I re...

Book Review: Grave Devil

All roads lead back to Ever Graves. Even the ones paved in fire and brimstone… After severing ties to the nightmare world, Mia Harker should be enjoying her newfound freedom with Nox, Aries, Bones, and Draven—the loves of her life. But deals made with the devil are forever… Strange visions haunt her. Drowning her sorrows in poison is her only escape. But that too takes a heavy toll. And Mia soon begins to lose herself to a new nightmare. An ancient curse, a blood oath, and centuries of evil with roots that stretch far below the Wishing Tree. A true monster, one who has been stewing since his creation, wants more than Mia might be willing to give. But he’ll do everything in his power to get it. When shadows walk on hallowed ground, they wake the living and the dead. But it is the ones who were forgotten who should be feared the most. Some monsters are born. Some are made. And some haven’t been accounted for… yet. My Review I have been anxiously awaiting this book ever since I fini...

You can run but you can’t hide. Every Christmas Eve, a virgin is given up as a sacrifice to Saint Nick. She’s left in the woods with nothing but the clothes on her back. If she dies, the town will feast. But if she survives the night, another will be sent in her place. For Imogen, that means her little sister could be next. The Four Horsemen live for the hunt. But they have no intention of killing their prey this year. After centuries of blood and servitude, Conquest, War, Famine, and Death plan on keeping the sacrifice for themselves. And if they get what they want, Imogen won’t be a virgin for long. This Christmas, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been naughty or nice… only that you survive. Frost Bite is a dark holiday romance, a stand-alone novella where the FMC ends up with multiple MMCs. This book contains content not suitable for all readers. Please refer to the author’s website for a full list of CWs. My Review Imogene has been sacrificed by her father to help save the village...

Book Review: Ever Dark

Evil used to exist only in my nightmares. Until I moved to Ever Graves. A town full of secrets, curses, and death. The darkness comes for me now in the form of three wicked deviants: Bones, Draven, and Aries. They want to corrupt my soul and leave their filthy marks on my flesh. They are all that is unholy. But their depravity isn’t my only torment. I’ve been plagued by a nightmare since I was a child. A monster who comes for my body and soul every time I close my eyes. Awake or asleep… there is no escape. My Review This book is a surprise winner. I knew I was going to really like this book but just how much I fell in love with it, blew me away. The further I progressed with the story, the deeper I got and never wanted to leave.  Mia and her relationship that she had with Nox, I absolutely LOVED! Especially towards the end when they interacted more and that poem. Then there is Bones, Aries, Draven. All three guys are delicious. I loved them for each of their personalities. A...
