Book Review: The Wrong Time

Book four in the Wrighting the Wrongs series

Steven knows things ended with Bianca because it was the wrong time—now she’s back, and so is their chance at happily-ever-after.

Bianca Wakely is the one that got away. She disappeared ten years ago without a word, and Steven Wrighting thought he’d never see her again. When she shows up on his doorstep in the pouring rain, he doesn’t have the heart to turn her away.

After escaping a toxic friendship, Bianca needs a safe place to heal. Running to Steven is the first choice she’s made for herself since she left. Despite being apart for years, he’s never been far from her thoughts.

With Bianca back in his life, the feelings Steven thought he’d buried for good begin to resurface. Moving forward through the scars of the past is not an easy task, but perhaps before it was simply a case of right person, wrong time. Maybe now, they can get it right.

My Review

Steven is the oldest. He has watched all his siblings fall in love and move on. He did not realize just how much he wanted the same thing until he saw his brothers find their other halves. He had that at one point but then she left him.

Steven hears a knock on the door. Imagine his surprise when standing at the door is his former love, Bianca. She is hiding something. Steven does not push. He knows that Bianca in her own time will share with Steven what gives her nightmares.

"Steven is the epitome of a green flag, and no one will ever convince me otherwise."

I really loved this book. While some of the other stories in this series featured close friends falling in love, there, is something about the fact that Steven and Bianca shared a history with each other that I loved. Seeing how Steven allowed Bianca into his home without holding resentment was very endearing. It showed just how much he still cared for Bianca.

Seeing how the other women brought Bianca into their circle is sweet as well. Not that I did not expect anything less as the brothers would only fall in love with beautiful women inside and out. The second time around is even sweeter! The Wrong Time is a endearing, five star, must read!
