THEY WILL NEVER In her secluded vineyard home two hours away, Laura Gretchell is on edge. Her husband is out of town on business, and the children are understandably shaken. Laura tries to tell herself there’s no reason to fear. Then the door handle rattles, and the real terror begins. No Forgiveness Andrea Boyle moved to Seattle to give her seventeen-year-old nephew, Spencer, a fresh start after the death of his parents. Andrea has found her own new beginning with Luke, a successful playwright and father of a teenage son, Damon. The boys appear to have little in common, but in truth they share a private torment… No Remorse When a tragedy befalls Damon, it's just the beginning of a nightmare that unfolds. I want to give a big thank you to Mr. O'Brien for sending me Final Breath to review. It does not release till December 30, 2008. You are in for a trick because Watch Them Die also re-releases in December. Sydney Jordan is a newswoman for a weekly television show called Movers & Shakers. It is a show about normal people who have done heroic acts of kindness for others. It seems that someone does not appreciate all these different people getting their fifteen minutes of fame. In fact this person knows just how everyone should be rewarded for their acts. You know how you make someone laugh so hard they can’t stop. Some times that person will say “Stop it you are killing me”, well that’s exactly what the killer has in mind but this situation won’t be no laughing matter. Someone is killing off one by one everyone that has ever been interviewed by Sydney for Movers & Shakers. Each time someone dies, that just means the killer is one step closer to killing his ultimate victim S...

Two Thrillers of Kevin O'Brien's

Image
I have read both of these books a while ago but thought I would chat about them, just in case no one has ever read this author's work. The first book I read of Kevin O'Brien's was The Killing Spree and the other one was One Last Scream . After reading One Last Scream , I am hooked and can't wait to read more by this author. When a serial killer gets a taste for blood...he only wants to do one thing...kill and kill again... Years ago, the Seattle police were baffled by the Schoolgirl Murders. The killer staged the scenes, dressing his female victims in school girl uniforms and saddle shoes. No woman in Seattle felt safe, until they caught the man responsible, and the case was forgotten… Across the country, a killing spree is taking place. The first victim is attacked in a taxi by a mysterious stranger. The next is found strangled in a changing room. A hitchhiker is left by the side of the road, his identity brutally stolen. The murders are so bizarre, so random, no on...

Warning: You will have to keep the lights on or you might be the one to scream. Eleven years ago twelve women vanished without a trace and their whereabouts are still a mystery. Amelia Faraday suffers from blackouts, so when she has a vision of something terrible happening to her adopted parents and her aunt she can’t help but feel that she may somehow be responsible for their deaths and the deaths of others. It seems like the deaths of her parents and her aunt was a murder–suicide case but that all changes when Amelia sees herself killing everyone in exactly the same way they were found. Amelia’s therapist, Karen Carlisle does not believe that Amelia could be capable of murder. As time passes, Amelia’s behavior starts getting more and more bizarre, Karen and Amelia’s uncle decide to i...
