I should be focused on my college graduation and finding a big girl job, not picking out strollers and baby clothes, but here I am. A positive pregnancy test can throw even the best laid plans out the window. I feel far from prepared for motherhood, but it helps that my baby daddy is Luke Covey.

The guy is cool as a cucumber. Nothing ruffles his feathers, not even my unexpected pregnancy and what it might mean for his rookie hockey year.

He’s ready for it all—the dirty diapers, the late-night feedings, and the crying—but me?

I can’t help but freak out and wonder if I’m cut out for this.

But whether I’m ready or not, this baby is coming.


My Review

Bertie and Luke are the type of couple that we want to aspire to. #couplegoals. I love them. Yet, I will admit that who truly made this story for me is Luke. The way that he never pushed Bertie to put a label on them, despite Luke wanting so much to be her boyfriend. Luke just let Bertie know he was there to support her anytime she needed him. 

"I like the way our future looks."

OMG. I loved this book so much. I started and finished it all in one day. Micalea knows how to deliver all the emotions. I am totally obsessed with Luke and Bertie. This is low spice, but I guarantee you that you are not going to miss the spice. It is all about the emotions. This is one book that has tatted a permanent spot in my heart.
