Book Review: Fearless Love

A Small Town Second Chance Single Mom Romance

He’s the sensible brother in the family who’d do anything to help a neighbor out. She’s a single mother on the run. Can the two resist temptation when they become unexpected roommates?

James Bennett had his life all planned out—or so he thought. After a bitter break-up, he convinces himself he doesn’t have time for relationships anymore. But all bets are off when he befriends his father’s new caregiver, Sara Larson.

She’s the beautiful and funny travel nurse hired to help his dad. She’s also a single mom to her eight-year-old son which means she’s completely off-limits. But something is captivating about the auburn-haired beauty and he finds himself drawn to her like a moth to a hot flame.

When James learns she and her son are living out of a suitcase in the local economy motel, he invites them to stay with him and his two big dogs at Bennett Farms. Sara reminds him what it’s like to desire a family of his own. She’s everything he ever needed, and nothing he ever imagined.

But Sara has secrets and he knows getting attached might be a huge mistake.

Can James convince Sara to stay and build a permanent life with him by her side? Or will she run away again, leaving him with his heart in his hands?

Author’s Note: A steamy standalone about two roommates turned lovers. One-click for a cinnamon-roll hero who’d give the shirt off his back to help someone in need and an independent mom whose priority is her son. Romantic add-ons include a charming carriage house, flirty banter, big dogs, and late-night dirty dancing. This love story comes with a guaranteed Happily Ever After.

My Review

I have grown so close to all of the Bennetts that it is bittersweet to say goodbye to them with this final book in this series. Yet, it was just as amazing as the rest of the books. Plus, in a way it felt like the Bennetts getting to say goodbye to us readers. Seeing them all again was great.

James finally finds love. So happy for him as he deserves all the love he found with Sara and her son, Noah. Thank goodness too as James was grumpy. He showed it early with his encounter with Noah and Sara. Although, I can't blame James for being grumpy as I would have been upset to with the situation. Yet, it did endear him to a funny nickname.

The intimate moments shared between James and Sara were sweet, endearing, and spicy. They make such a great couple. Fearless Love has everything...family, laughter, love, and spicy romance. It is the chef's kiss!
