My Review

A sweet and charming read. I like that the story was simple but it also taught a lesson...we all have talent. For some it may be obvious and for others it may take a little while but we are special in our own ways.

Alycat turned her frown into a smile. What started out as a negative with the Monday Blues turned into the Harmonicats. Don't you just love that name...Harmonicats. The song that Spotty and Alycat performed was "jazzy". Young readers will enjoy the story as well as Alycat and Spotty. I like that there were not a lot of big words used and the author kept the pages uncluttered with tons of illustrations. Alycat and the Monday Blues is the cat's meow!
