My Review

After having finished reading the Spark of Hope series, I was glad to see that this book was more upbeat and humorous. A nice change from the other books. the witty banter between Elijah and Atlas was funny. I love how Atlas did not "fan boy" over Elijah at their first meeting. It added to the build up from a brief period of being enemies to lovers.

It was not too long afterwards that both Elijah and Atlas could not deny the chemistry between them them. They were cute together. Yes, cute is good. Atlas fell first for Elijah. I am glad they got a HEA. Don't let the title of this book fool you as it is a funny, spicy, quick read! it would only be "unfortunate" if you missed reading it!
