My Review
This is the second book in this series but it can be read as a standalone novel. I briefly was introduced to Owen in the first book. It is nice to get to know him better in this book. Despite his wolf side, he has a gentle soul. I love the way that he is considerate of Caitlin's emotions. That is why when they are intimate together, it is not just physical attraction. 

I could understand Caitlin's hesitation in the beginning when it came to Owen. Due to her past relationship. it was great to see Owen take an interest in what Caitlin's needs are behind closed doors. As the story progresses, Caitlin comes out of her shell. Although, I will always associate Caitlin to her baked scones. All the different yummy flavors featured in this book made me hungry. This book is an emotional read. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.
