Where has all the money gone?

With the shifting of the economy in peril and the adjustment of a new president, it can be a very confusing times right now.

Well I have good news for you. Courtesy of Hachette, I am giving away 5 copies of The Wallstrip Edge.

In THE WALLSTRIP EDGE, Howard Lindzon, founder of Wallstrip.com and co-creator of www.stocktwits.com , shows readers how to profit from his straightforward investment philosophy

-- a unique trend watching philosophy that made Wallstrip.com such an amazing phenomenon, including how to look at trends from a different perspective, knowing when to buy a certain stock, how to hold it, and of course when to sell. It's all done using the power of the Internet and your own instincts.

It's a surprisingly simple (and fun) strategy that works, and best of all, you don't need to be a financial genius to make it work for you.

I feel that our current economy is a reminder of the great depression. It might not be as severe...at the moment, but we can learn a lot from history.

As for the state of our economy I am taking the Bette Davis line from All About Eve: "Hang on its going to be a bumpy ride" as my philosophy. I think we will be alright in the end, but it will be a roller coaster ride until then.

Thanks for the giveaway!

My comments on the economy: I do not think throwing money at irresponsible banks and auto companies or advancing federal government over state government is the way to go. Looks like a slide into socialism by my books. BUT we keep the chin up and there is Hope - I know who wins in the end!!

I'm sure I could find lots of books I would like but I did find Knight of Desire by Margaret Mallory - an author I have not yet read. THANKS.

Current economy - sucks!
People who run big business, banks, stocks and bonds are still getting rich and their bonuses. The poor man is still getting stuck with the bills. For those who distroyed the bank or business they own (because of their greed or porr decisions) - they should be fired, as well as the board of directors of that business. After all, if the poor man makes a mistake, he is fired!
