Audiobook Review: Come for Me

Alaina

He’s waited a long time for me, but I’ve waited longer for the truth. Not even the king himself could keep me from the only ties left to my identity. Then I meet him, and I’m stuck between uncovering who I am and discovering who I’m meant to be.

Dax
After seven years I finally found her, my true mate’s timing couldn’t have been more perfect. With the rogue and vampire attacks increasing in vigor, my kingdom needed a strong leader now more than ever. They needed us. Only together, did we have a chance. But she’s fighting her destiny, fighting me. It’s only a matter of time before my enemies plaguing my kingdom would see this and try to take what’s mine.

My Review

This book picks up right after the cliffhanger ending of book one. In this book, the storyline becomes more prominent as the world building and the introductions are done in the book one. We see a lot of character growth with Alaina. She is not the same as she was when readers were first introduced to her. Dax and Alaina's relationship has evolved, and they are stronger than before.

You have to listen to the ALC Spanish version of this book. It is performed in duet by M. Bella & Zac Aleman. These two really brought to life Alaina and Dax. Spanish readers or anyone who speaks Spanish will enjoy listening to this audiobook. It is a delight for the ears!
