My Review

Talk about a first chapter. At the end of the first chapter Evie gives Jasper the biggest news of his life. Then the next chapter is about Jasper meeting his son, Vincent. I am hooked, line and sinker. Absolutely love Jasper. The way that he cared for Evie and Vincent is so endearing. 

Jasper does not play fair. That scene where he takes Vincent in his arms to hold him while shirtless. Well, played Jasper. In all honesty through, this was not a trick by Jasper, he just really loved holding and caring for his son. I love the hints of sparks that grew between Evie and Jasper. 

I am very excited about this new series from Daphne. This book is the perfect first book. This book is going to be your new favorite from Daphne. I know it is my new favorite, five star recommended read!
