Book Review: The Threads of Fate

This is Madelyn's story.

Madelyn always dreamed of a better life, never thinking it would actually happen. But when her old doll suddenly reappears, everything begins to change. A mysterious man arrives with secrets she can’t ignore. Will this be the fresh start she’s always wished for—or the beginning of something far worse?

My Review

Madelyn's parents are part of the group that harmed Savannah aka The Dollmaker so many years ago.

I loved the steamy scenes between Madelyn and Corvin. They are made for each other. I will admit that I did not really see the twist about Corvin, but I am not truly surprised due to what this shared world series is all about. It was the perfect twist.

The story kind of moves at a steady pace until about the last third of the story. This is where it picks up and everything happens so quickly. I do like this story.

"Come, my sweet, don't try to fight,

My arms will hold you tight.

Thread by thread, your path is sewn,

Each stitch a secret you've not known."
