Book Review: A Step Too Close

He is everything I want wrapped in one grumpy package and I am determined to unwrap each layer until he lets me in. When my past resurfaces and his nightmares come to life, will we survive?

My Review
I truly felt this story deep in my gut and heart. It brought a range of emotions. It was a beautiful thing when Arden and Levi both cried. Seeing a man show real emotions is beautiful. 

Both Arden and Levi found each other through friendship and trauma. They both had to face past trauma. It shows how trauma can affect romantic relationships. Luckily, these two were not alone. They had a network of family support. This included Macie and Wilder from A Piece Too Far. 

I was very emotionally invested in Levi and Arden's story. I am so happy to see them get their HEA together.
