Book Review: Addicted Lies

He gets addicted to things too easily…and I’m no exception.

Ford Ivanov follows the rules.

I was born to break them.

A single scandalous moment turns into a year of lies, stolen kisses behind closed doors, and whispered promises in the night.

Sneaking around with my brother’s friend is forbidden. Because where I come from, love isn't just dangerous. It’s deadly. The lies are unraveling. And in a world where love is a weakness, we’re about to find out just how strong we really are.

My Review

I loved Ford and Hawke from the prior book. You could say I was beyond excited to learn that Ford's story was next. Ford's story is more than I could imagine.

The angsty intensity between Billie and Ford is the chef's kiss! The way these two craved each other but would not say those words, kept me on the edge of my seat in anticipation. The sneaky moments shared between these two with each time "almost" getting caught just hyped up the intensity.

"There's something about him that just sucks me in, like a mysterious vortex."

I absolutely loved Ford calling Billie "Chaos". Although as much as these two may want to be in denial, they really were not fooling anyone.

"You're playing a dangerous game, Billie."

You can say that I am "feral" about Ford and Billie. I love these two. The way that Ford let Billie take charge is sexy. There are no lies as I am addicted to this book!
