Book Review: Now and Forever

She was as forbidden as they came.

Golden Ray was young, lovely, and his son's best friend.

Grayson Rosebank made it his mission to treat her like family, to keep her safe and cared for.

But she was never just family to him.

Day by day, inch by inch, she chipped away at the walls of restraint he’d built with her secret glances and shy smiles. She thought he didn’t see.

He saw everything.

She could never be his. She was a woman half his age. A girl who used to fall asleep on his couch.

But the truth was as sharp as it was

Grayson Rosebank wanted her. And everything he wanted, he got.

My Review

Golden is Gaige's friend. They are good friends. So much so that Gaige is not mad that Golden has an obsession on his father, Grayson. In fact, he encourages Golden to make her move. It is the gentleness that Grayson displays towards Golden and the patience that endears me towards him. It makes it just that much sweeter when these two finally share their first kiss too many to come.

I am not always a fan of the really slow, slow burn romances but this one just works. It is light on the spice. Yet, high on angst! Even without the physical touch, all the glances that Golden and Grayson shared was enough for me. I could feel the strong attraction that these two shared.

Slow burn + Age Gap = Must read!

♥♥This Age Gap romance is a standalone in the Stardust Cove Series. It contains no cheating, a slow burn romance, spice, and an everything nice HEA.♥♥
