The impossible is only impossible if you believe it is. It’s a lesson my father taught me from a young age.

If you want something, you can have it. You just have to fight hard enough to get it. And if you don’t, well, you never truly wanted it in the first place.

I’ve grown up taking what I want, when I want it, without consequences. Because no matter what trouble I found myself in, my papa will always bail me out. No questions asked.

Until now. Now he has lots of questions. The kind of questions that have answers I can’t give him. Because if I do, the one person I found worth fighting for… will die. And it’ll be at the hands of my father.


My Review

Mabilia and Tommy are great together. Although Tommy can say that he will never be bored with Mabilia. She is a firecracker! She has both her parents' personalities. Don't ever underestimate Mabilia as she can protect herself. 

"Trust me, your personality isn't sparkling. It's fire, and I like it."

The flirty banter that Tommy and Mabilia have with each other is HOT. Tommy hiding Mabilia dress as it is too revealing only to encourage Mabilia to do some retail shopping for more revealing clothing is hilarious. 

I love this next generation book. I look forward to reading Neo's story next. You NEED to grab this novella now! It will make the temperature rise during these cold winter days.
