Book Review: The Prince of Camelot

As Galahad and Lance navigate a new world alongside Guin, they struggle to feel a sense of belonging. Despite the safety and security they now enjoy, there remains a lingering emptiness in their hearts, a yearning for closure. A yearning that suggests their stories are still unfinished.

Years pass, Guin and Lance welcome a baby girl into the world and life moves forward. But Galahad can no longer block out destiny’s call to him. He is the Prince of Camelot after all. In his dreams, vivid and foreboding, he sees glimpses of death, but also a glimmer of hope that he can still rewrite the past. That King Arthur’s story doesn’t have to end in death.

Galahad’s powers, honed and strengthened over the years, hold the potential to defy death and alter the course of fate. He faces the impossible choice to leave his family behind or accept King Arthur’s fated death. But the sliver of hope is enough for him to try and change the legend.

First, Galahad must embark on a quest to find a mysterious object, one that holds the key to saving not only King Arthur but everyone he holds in his heart. Galahad’s abilities will be put to the ultimate test as he confronts the unknown.

Can he truly rewrite the fate of King Arthur and all those entwined in his legacy? The answer lies in Galahad’s unwavering determination and the strength of his supernatural abilities.

My Review

I love the world and characters that Caitriona has weaved for these books. Guin and Lancelot's story is great. They are a match made for each other. These books through have to be read in order to really appreciate the story that Caitriona has created.

This book pretty much picks up after book two. Which speaking of book two. After that book, I have grown to like King Arthur.

This book features Guin and Lancelot's son, Galahad. He has grown into a fine young man. I would not expect anything less being Lancelot's son that he feels a strong need to help save King Arthur. The romance brewing between Galahad and Siofra is a nice one.

This book is a fitting ending to this series. I loved every moment that Caitriona took me on.
