Make Me Break by Emily Klepp
Nyx endures a pretty horrific ordeal. She is truly very lucky to be alive. Yet, she finds solace with her brother, Cade and the other men that appear in her life...Callum, Tripp, Knox, and Rook. I liked Callum but the addition of the other three men really amped up the story.
If you read and liked Emily's book Burn, then you will enjoy this book. Nyx finds herself reemerging as a Phoenix as the story progressed. I do not blame her for anything she did in retaliation for what she went through. This story is right in between with the dark, darkness of Emily's work but still showcases why I like her writing.
