Book Review: Bratva’s Stolen Bride
My ex-boyfriend’s dad kidnaps me to his private tropical island.
A sleek black limo pulls up next to me, and I’m dragged in, kicking and screaming.
My captor looks like my ex-boyfriend, but far more. Older. Hotter. More experienced. Powerful and ruthless. Feliks Rykov makes me flushed and needy, feeling things I never dreamed of.
He says he’s taken me for my own protection, and the next thing I know, we fly to a private tropical island, where there’s a wedding prepared.
White dress, tick. Romantic location, tick. Swoonworthy billionaire groom, tick.
Love? … I shouldn’t fall for a dangerous mafia boss… Mustn’t. But I don’t know if I can resist.
A sweet and spicy mafia romance novella with age gap and an innocent girl who captures her kidnapper’s heart instantly.
This is a standalone romance with a HEA. It’s Payton’s story and links in with Bratva’s Secret Girl, and Bratva’s Forbidden Love.
My Review
Payton & Feliks make a great pair. Payton is feisty, yet Feliks knows just how to "tame" Payton. I love the location setting for these two's story. It was fitting. The way that the idea of "true love" snuck up on these two is very endearing. Especially for Feliks. I am so happy that he found love in Payton.
Every time that Evie comes out with a new book, I have to read it right away. This book is a great start to this new series. It features age gap and forced proximity, which are two of my favorite tropes. Once I started reading, I was hooked. Evie delivers and delivers big time with this book! She gave me all the steamy goodness.
