Audiobook Review: Fake Shot

 



After fifteen years of tending goal for the Boston Rebels, I’m known for two things: the highest save percentage in the league, and never spending more than one night with the same woman.

I’m definitely not the guy you should trust with your best friend’s little sister. Especially not when that sister, Jules, is eight years younger and my new roommate.

My Review

I listened to the audio version of this book. The audio is where it is at. Narrators, Stella Bloom and Connor Crais did a great job of narrating this story. They both had clear voices, and they were really nice to listen to. Kept me engaged into listening to the story. I will be checking out more audio books narrated by either of these two. 


I liked Jules. She was not afraid to stand up for herself. Which she sadly had to do due to her profession. It is mainly a male dominate career, but Jules is more than capable of being in charge. I love that she did not hold back where Colt is concerned, despite the fact that she used to and still does have a crush on him. I liked the slow burn romance that built up between these two. It felt real. 


Looking forward to the next book in this series.

I was contacted by TJ Dietderich with Planned Television Arts to see if I would be interested in reading Aberrations . When I read the the book summary and found out this book is about a woman named Angel Duet who has narcolepsy, I thought that sounds intriguing. Thank you TJ for letting me read Aberrations .
