Book Review: Villains Need Love Too

The One of Judgment

Faysal has always been the one to judge.

The one to decide.

But this... creature is claiming she knows his fate.

As if the insignificant being would know such things.

For he is not one to be trifled with, no.

Faysal has seen worlds come.

And he has seen worlds go.

Yet he remains.

Persistent.

Inevitable.

Judgment.

Yet still, the clairvoyant in front of him has claimed the one meant for only him, the one he will cherish for all time, was born this day.

Of Scales and Judgment by Elliot Ason

Faysal has waited so long for a mate. As soon as Ada is born, he knows she is his fated mate. He is not going to let her go.

Ada and Faysal had fun in the beginning but then something happened, and it tore them apart. While Ada may not have wanted Faysal around, he was still always watching her. The connection their shared is not one that can be broken.

I felt the angst that these two shared. A enemies to lovers/fated mates love connection. Despite Ada being upset with Faysal, she can't deny the fact that she also craves him. The road for these two is a bumpy one.
