Book Review: Sealed with a Kiss
After her treasured locket goes missing, Olivia is surprised when it turns up again at her favorite spot on the beach with a mysterious note attached. She decides to write back to thank this unknown good Samaritan and soon finds herself obsessing over the mysterious correspondence.
Stevie has had their eye on the beautiful girl at the beach for some time now, so when the opportunity arises to help her, they take it. As Stevie’s feelings grow, they realize that there’s a part of them they must share at the risk of driving Olivia away just when they’ve gotten close.
Sierra Luna is a shared world series set in a coastal town in Oregon. The stories are as weird as the authors who write them
My Review
This is a sweet and charming read. I thought it was adorable the concept that Stevie and Sierra communicated via handwritten letters as Stevie was too shy to approach Sierra right away. He even signed the letters as "S". If not for his best friend, these two would still be writing letters to each other. Although, they had their first great debate about which is better...seals or sea lions.
This novella is low key on the steam, except for the last several pages. More character driven story. A cute read for sure.
