Book Review: My Little Clown
A haunted house. A corn maze. A girl with something to prove.
And masked strangers who want to break her… or worship her.
After trauma shattered her, she’s done being the victim. Moon Bay Manor—an abandoned asylum turned Halloween attraction—is her shot at taking back her power. She expected cheap scares and fake blood.
What she didn’t expect?
To catch the attention of the twisted minds behind the masks—three men and one woman who don’t just want to scare her… they want to claim her.
They’re supposed to terrify her.
She’s supposed to walk away.
But with every defiant step she takes into the dark, they want her more.
And maybe... she wants to be wanted.
My Review
Kendra was a young girl when she attended the haunted house, Moon Bay Manor. Now she is grown up and back. Only this time, things will be different. She plans to tease her stepbrother, Derrik. As if Derrick could forget the taste of Kendra.
Derrick is joined by Tyler, Luca, and Veronica. They will show Kendra that the manor is their domain and Kendra is theirs's to possess.
"Falling for the monsters who set out to break me."
This is a really good prequel. It definitely got me very excited to read the next book in this series. I need to see more of Kendra and her gang together. Why choose when you can have them all.
