My Review
What a fun and educational book. Young readers will enjoy getting to know Hornsby, Rosie, the hippo and TLC (Tender Loving Crocodile). I know I sure did enjoy getting to know them all. Yes, crocodiles can be nice. Rosie and TLC were great to help Hornsby find his "uniqueness". Hornsby went from being the laughing stock of the other rhinos to being One-of-a-Kindess.
The author did a good job of keeping the story simple without being too wordy. Therefore, it makes it easier for the younger readers to stay focused. The illustrations were good too. They were colorful. Additionally, they captured the animals and their personalities' wonderfully.
