Book Review: Hide Little Traitor

 

The gilded cage I grew up in was nothing more than a pretty cell, and now I find myself in another one, torn from the life I built myself by a ghost from my past.

Kingston may have held me through the worst moments of my life, but when he steals me away in the dead of night and offers me the life I thought I wanted, I can’t help but think of the men I left behind.

But the complicated feelings for four men that hate each other are the least of my worries as our enemies circle.

Can they put their differences aside for long enough to escape those that want us dead or will their contempt for one another be our downfall?

My Review

This second book in this trilogy is great. After the ending of the first book, I was waiting for this book. It picked up pretty much from the first book. Things got more intense. I would say that the first book was the appetizer and this book is the main course. 

To see all the guys' love for Chloe showcased made my heart ache. This time around I did not really have one top favorite. Each one did or said something that made me fall in love with them. I would say that they are all on equal playing field when it comes to Chloe. 

I devoured this book. To say that I am invested in Chloe and her men would be an understatement. i am completely and utterly invested and look forward to reading the conclusion.
