Book Review: Season Of Sin
Hayley
Spending Christmas in the city wasn’t on my bingo card this year. Saving my little brother from himself also wasn’t on that card.
But here I am, willing to do anything to get him out of the trouble he’s managed to find himself in. Again.
It’s when the devil who looms over this city with an iron fist offers me a way out that I discover there really are no lines I’m not willing to cross to save Riley.
August
Christmas. It’s the happiest time of the year. For some. Not so much for the little weasel I caught dealing drugs in my club.
When a brunette with a sharp tongue steps into my office, pleading for his life, I do something I’ve never considered before. I keep her.
Is she willing to sacrifice herself to save her brother? Guess we’re about to find out.
This is a dark holiday novella, stand-alone romance that is not connected to any other series.
My Review
Hayley is so feisty. I love her. If she was real, she and I would be best friends. She is not intimated by August. Which it was instant lust as soon as August met Hayley. August turned into a golden retriever where Hayley is concerned. Yet, I would never say this out loud to his face as I value my life way too much. I am so obsessed with August. He just became my new book boyfriend.
I absolutely love this spicy novella. I am a sucker for forced proximity reads. This novella is just what I did not know I needed. Christmas came early with this spicy read. Kylie is on my "nice" list, giving us with this five star, must read! Grab this book now.
