My Review

This is the second book I have read by this author. If you are looking for a good children's author then I would suggest Mr. Damiano. 

The Christmas Blanket is a charming, thoughtful, and very important book. It helps teaches young children the true meaning of Christmas. It is not about the presents. Which in today's world, I think this book is very relevant. If everyone just took a moment to look around them and help someone, we could make this a better world. 

The story is easy to read so that young readers can read this book on their own. The illustrations are lovely and help to bring the story to life.

Born in Newark, New Jersey, Damiano has a passion for creativity, and his stories always contain a positive message. He also wrote The Christmas Blanket, which earned him a Mom’s Choice Award. In The Christmas Blanket, his character EJ realizes the true meaning of Christmas, which is not about getting presents, but about giving back to others.
