My Review

While this is a dark romance, this does not mean that you can't still have a fun "meet cute". That is exactly what Sloane and Cole had when they met in a bar. Sloane was wearing a battery-operated reindeer Christmas sweater. Cole accidentally spilled his drink on her and short circuited the reindeer's nose. 

I laughed when Sloane did a Goggle search for "How to tell if a billionaire is a serial k!ller?"

As if Cole would tell Sloane if he was one, like he responded when Sloane accused him to his face. Nope, Cole is not a serial k!ller but he is possessive. 

"His eyes locked onto mine-dark, predatory, possessive."

You could feel the intensity between Sloane and Cole building. The steam oozed off the pages of this book. This book is hot enough to melt the snow. He Knows When You're Awake, so you better be "Good" or "Bad".
