Book Review: Pandora's Escape

A birthday trip with my bestie, a handsome stranger, and an escape room—what could go wrong?

One stranger turns into three and what started off as a game takes a wicked turn for the worst.

With death and desire hanging in the air, secrets explode in a shocking climax of violence and lust.

Obsession can drive people to extreme lengths.

Will we escape, or will our dark secrets keep us locked in forever? Or worse—will I surrender to the darkness rather than seek the light?

Welcome to your nightmare; escaping is only the beginning.

This book is a very dark MMFF why choose romantic suspense novella which means the heroine will never have to choose who to love. There is violence, questionable kinks, and lots of heat included. Please be sure to check the TWs first, your mental health comes before all else.

My Review

This is one wild read. I mean this in the best way possible. It is dark and steamy at the same time. Love the MMFF combo. The only thing I would have liked was to see the escape room aspect expanded a little longer. However, I still really enjoyed this novella and will be checking out more books by this author.

Stella and Aurelia are best friends, who go to an escape room together. I am a fan of escape rooms. I have watched every movie edition that features escape rooms as the plot. This is the type of escape room that you don't want to find yourself trapped in. Stella and Aurelia soon discover this fact.

Xavian, Marcel, Raven are great. Love a strong FMC. That is what Raven is. Xavian is the silent type. Yet, it is the silent ones that you do need to watch out for. I like the quietness that he brought to the balance of this group.
