Audiobook Review: Accidental Abduction
Hoodwinking Hudson
The crush I have on my best friend’s brother Hudson likely borders on being unhealthy. But when he dons a mask at a Halloween party and suddenly notices me, I’m not going to argue. Especially when he goes from my grumpy boss to the growling dominant man of my wildest fantasies.
Hijacking (C)harley
My pseudo ex-girlfriend (sort of) breaks up with me days before Halloween, citing my reliable nature as boring and vanilla. Tired of playing it safe, I decide to fulfill her fantasy of being kidnapped by a masked man. The only problem is...I end up abducting the wrong feisty comic book villainess.
Accidental Abduction is a spooky, interconnected stand-alone short novel with a grumpy, filthy mouthed cinnamon roll and his little sister's feisty best friend.
My Review
Narrators, Theodore Zephyr and Madison Mitts both do amazing jobs of voicing Hudson and Charley. Although I do have to say that I could listen to Theodore's voice all day. The way that he commanded Charley, while he was chasing her...HOT!
Hudson may have seemed vanilla but by the end of the story, he was anything but vanilla. He is like brownie chocolate...sinfully delicious! Charley is one lucky woman to get taken by Hudson. It just showed that Hudson with the right woman has a "fun" side. These two kept things so hot that they could melt the snow.
I definitely want to read/listen to the other books in this series. Download this audiobook and crank the volume up!
