My Review

For someone like Humplepumple, who awakens in a strange new land, he sure is not afraid. In fact, he is accepting and quickly makes friends with Kiko, Mohit, Nirtac, and I Say. Although, I am not surprised that he made friends so fast as everyone is very welcoming. Well not everyone. There is The Terrible Stinking Terrifying Sorcerer Although, I have to say that the star for me is Mirca. She is full of surprises and not afraid of any scary situation. She faces giant snakes and a dragon. This book did have elements of Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings that I enjoyed. I could see my thirteen-year-old nephew enjoying this book. This book has enjoyable characters that readers can connect with. I know I do want to know what happens to Mirca with book two.
