Book Review: Second Star to the Right

My Review

I really enjoyed this spicy retelling of Peter Pan. It definitely had the spice but also engaging characters as well as humor. Peter is cheeky. He had me laughing. Which I was happy to see him do so as the opening scene was heartbreaking. 

Viv needed Peter in her life. She had kind of forgotten how to have fun. It was nice to see her open up with Peter. Although, whenever they were together, they could not keep their hands off each other. Viv's roommate, Damien can attest to this. Speaking of Damien, he and his boyfriend, Tony were a very nice addition to this story. They also had me laughing. 

If you love fairy tale stories that you grew up on but make it adult version with spice, humor, and engaging characters then you will want to pick up a copy of this book to read.
