My Review


This book is a really good start to this new series from author, K. B. Barrett. I am a sucker for cute kids in stories. Ben is no exception. When he did make an appearance, he brought some humor to the story. While kids are entertaining, the real heat came from Branson and Emma.

Yes, the chemistry was there but that first moment when they were together, and Branson brought Emma some sweet release! That was one hot scene. From there the rest of the intimate scenes were very steamy. While, this book is a romance, it also has some intrigue to it as well. To quote Branson..."A man takes care of what's his". I look forward to reading the next book in this series.
